The resort had a charming, cozy ambience that made me feel right at home. The decor was lovely, with comfortable seating areas scattered throughout the grounds, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the peaceful surroundings. The resort was also very accessible for senior people like myself, with ramps and elevators available to make getting around easier. I appreciated the thoughtful consideration for our needs.

I would have loved for there to be more activities specifically catered to senior guests. Just a small suggestion, maybe the children working there could organize some gentle exercise classes or informational sessions on local attractions.

Nice hotel, spent our time lovely. The room we got was well-equipped and brand-new with bedroom, grear value plus veranda. Restaurant food was amazing. We loved being here.

I had an apartment and it was family-friendly. Also, location was particularly good, not very far from Macquarie Nature Reserve. Tropical gardens and forests were a short walk to the hotel.

I was upgraded to a nice size premier apartment with air conditioning.

All in all everything was good, had a really comfortable stay on holidays. The rooms were neat and luxurious on a big screen tv kept by the welcoming staff. The hotel was in an amazing location, in wonderful rain forest gardens. Moreover, it's right by the beach and beach and a lovely park like surrounding with lots of birds and lizards and the sea front.

This resort is conveniently located close to an onsite restaurant and a patrolled safe swimming beach. it's just a short journey away from the centre of the city. The outdoor facilities include two kids pools and two standard pools, making it perfect for families. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with balconies offering lovely views of the beach.

Although the facilities were great, some areas of the resort may be in need of updating.

Nothing comes to mind - we will be back. Proximity to the pub is a bit of a problem but the noise did not seem to carry into the bedrooms so minor issue really.

This hotel is a great value for money with spacious rooms and minimal but adequate kitchen equipment. The location is perfect, just a short walk to Flynns Beach and other good eating locations on the coastline. The stunning gardens and ultra clean BBQ facilities were a pleasant surprise. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay.

The paths around the hotel can be slippery in rain.

My 11 year wanted all pools heated. She is generally a bit demanding though. So I would just ignore her.

A suggestion, another tv needed in the room so parents could watch one thing and kids could watch a dvd or tv in another room.
